A meaningful Christmas

Casa de Cedofeita in Porto was founded in 1996 and is a CRESCER SER Association institution that takes in children and young people in vulnerable situations, offering them a safe, educational and affectionate environment.
With the support of a dedicated team, Casa de Cedofeita guarantees school, emotional and social support, helping each child to build a future with more opportunities and confidence.

This Christmas, Ohana Market is teaming up with Casa de Cedofeita through the Ohana Social project, collecting essential goods during the December markets.
Together, we want to make these children’s Christmas warmer, happier and, above all, more human.

List of essential goods to be collected:

Food:

  • Various porridges / Nestum
  • Milk chocolate
  • Soluble barley
  • Individual juices
  • Fruit jars
  • Oil
  • Tea (lemon balm and chamomile)
  • Condensed milk
  • Olive oil
  • Canned food (tuna, sausages, mushrooms, corn, beans, chickpeas)
  • Assorted cookies
  • Various cereals

Hygiene products / other

  • Napkins, toilet paper and kitchen paper
  • Large freezer bags / film / aluminum
  • Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
  • Tissues
  • Deodorant
  • Toothpaste (adult and +6 years)
  • Latex gloves (M and L)
  • Wipes (water and others)
  • Size 5 diapers

Cleaning products

  • Fabric softener
  • Machine and hand detergent (laundry and dishwashing)
  • Garbage bags (100L / 50L / 30L)
  • Multi-purpose, grease-free detergent
  • Furniture cleaner / glass cleaner

Where can you deliver it?

  • Coliseu do Porto – November 30th and December 1st
  • Casa da Beira Alta – December 6th to 23rd
  • Praça das Cardosas – December 11 to 23 and 26 to 31.
