Ohana Market crosses the bridge and arrives in Gaia with a special edition
Ohana Market continues to grow and, in September 2025, it will take another step. We will once again reach Vila Nova de Gaia, in partnership with the municipality.
For a week, we will occupy three different spaces in the city, bringing with us the energy that has already become Ohana’s hallmark: creativity, sharing and community.

A special edition to discover Gaia
Each location will have its own unique atmosphere, but all with the same goal: to give Portuguese designer brands a stage and offer unique experiences to those who visit us.
At Serra do Pilar, we’ll start this journey with the city of Porto as a backdrop.
The Civic Center, Gaia’s institutional heart, will be the meeting point for brands, visitors and the city’s cultural dynamics.
At Jardim do Morro, we ended with a party, with a privileged view of the Douro and Porto.
This presence reinforces Ohana Market’s mission: to give visibility to the author trade and make local talent part of cultural itineraries and tourist experiences, even at major events. The relaxed atmosphere, the diversity of proposals and the careful curation of brands make this market one of the most visited areas of the venue.

About Ohana Market:
Created in 2023 by two cousins, Catarina Ribeiro and Margarida Miranda, Ohana Market was born out of a common desire: to bring together the best of national brands in spaces in the heart of Porto. Inspired by the concept of unity, the name “Ohana” – meaning “family” in Hawaiian – reflects the spirit that defines each event. Here, all families are welcome and feel part of something special.
