Created in 2023 by two cousins, Catarina Ribeiro and Margarida Miranda, Ohana Market was born out of a common desire: to bring together the best of national brands in spaces in the heart of Porto. Inspired by the concept of togetherness, the name “Ohana” – meaning “family” in Hawaiian – reflects the spirit that defines each event. Here, all families are welcome and feel part of something special.

With regular events throughout the month, the market takes over some of Porto’s most iconic venues, such as Praça das Cardosas, the Bonjardim Condominium and Bolhão Market — cementing its status as a key player in the city’s scene of artisan markets.
